| SMITHSON: left to right, Charles Wayne, Ralph Gilbert, Howard Carrie and James Henry Smithson. Probably taken in the early to mid 50's, because Ralph died in 1956. This could have been taken at the same time the one of Wayne was taken, which was 1944. Looks like Wayne has the same shirt on, but it's just so hard to tell. Contributed by Susan Scurlock

| TAYLORS & MARSHALLs, Cowan Creek Cemetery, memorial day, 1922-23 Contributed by Craig Marshall:
"Back Right 4 are Harry, Laura, Harley, Pansy.
My Grandpa, Robert F., is in front of his Mom, Pansy, holding the flag
at his waist.
Taylor's to the left (Curt Taylor leftmost) Dona is one of the women 4th
or 5th to left.
Tall Girl in Middle I think is Mary PAULINE Marshall. Next might be
Howard.
Little guy bending over is my Great Uncle Delbert. Pansy holding Harry.
I will have to look at the death date for Harry (Grandpa 1858-1923), if
post May 1923 then I'll bet this is 1923.
That makes Robert 5, Pauline 7, Howard 9, Del 3, and Harry between 1 and
2, That makes sense."
